About the Role
We are looking for a Product Growth Lead to define, implement and execute the strategy to take LastMile AI’s products to market. You will own the entire go-to-market lifecycle. Responsibilities include: launching marketing campaigns, sales lead generation, engaging and closing enterprise deals.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a 0 → 1 environment and thrives in the ambiguity of an early-stage startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute a direct sales strategy targeting enterprise customers, particularly Series C+ companies and engineering teams.
- Build a repeatable sales process that includes prospecting, pitching, negotiating and taking deals to closure.
- Establish deep relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering, product and C-suite decision-makers.
- Market Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the founders and product team to refine product-market fit and identify high-priority verticals.
- Conduct customer discovery to deeply understand enterprise pain points and align them with LastMile AI’s solutions.
- Identify strategic partnerships that complement our GTM approach (e.g., consulting firms, systems integrators).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with marketing to create sales enablement materials, case studies and thought leadership content.
- Work with product and engineering to communicate customer feedback and shape the product roadmap.
- Build scalable processes for account management, onboarding and customer success.
- Success Metrics Driven:
- Define and achieve revenue targets as the primary driver of sales.
- Define and achieve marketing goals based on measurable metrics.
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven Experience:
- 5+ years of enterprise sales or GTM experience in a SaaS or AI/ML-focused organization.
- A successful track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals.
- AI Domain Expertise:
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, enterprise AI applications and technical buyer personas (e.g., engineering teams, CIOs/CTOs).
- Entrepreneurial Mindset:
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment.
- Self-starter who can balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
- Relationship-Driven:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Approach:
- Analytical thinker who uses data to make informed decisions and improve sales strategies.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling technical products to engineering teams or enterprise IT.
- Exposure to go-to-market strategies for Seed/Series A startups.
