Our mission is to accelerate the development, deployment and adoption of AI agents by making AI accessible to software engineers.
We built the core development platform for machine learning at Meta; worked with OpenAI as a GPT-4 launch partner at Duolingo; and built high-performance systems infrastructure at Google, Microsoft and Airbnb. We’ve faced the last mile issues that hinder AI’s accessibility and readiness for production, and we are committed to solving these challenges for others.
We believe that given the right tools, every developer can become an AI practitioner.
This is why we’re building LastMile AI: to equip developers with the tools they need to build, evaluate and improve AI applications with confidence.
Most recently we launched mcp-agent, a simple, composable framework that enables software developers to build and integrate with any MCP-compatible server. mcp-agent implements effective patterns to build AI agents and provides integration with any MCP-compatible server in an LLM-agnostic manner.
